If you have issues with your products, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
The money back guarantee is only valid for Single Item orders, orders with the Buy 1 Get 1 Free are final sale, and cannot be returned.
Buy 1 Get 1 Free orders are still backed by our full lifetime warranty, so if you have any issues with your products upon receiving them, you are eligible for a full replacement at no additional cost and without needing to return the affected items.

If you ever experience any issues with the functionality or quality of your watch, we’ll send you a free replacement — simply reach out to us by email.
Note: If the damage is due to misuse or accidental impact, the buyer will be asked to cover 50% of the original cost of the item to receive a replacement.

Customs Clearance
We use a DDP Carrier, however, in some cases the customer may be asked to pay additional import fees, and we are happy to reimburse you the fees upon providing us with the receipt.
In rare cases where the package is held by customs or seized, and if the customer did not complete the required customs procedures, we cannot be held responsible and the order will not be eligible for a refund. In these rare cases we can offer to re-ship the order for 50% of the original cost.
